- No misuse of the service, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access attempts.

6. Subscriptions and billing
Some AceTest features may require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals, and cancellations may be handled through third-party app marketplaces such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their platform rules may apply.
7. Service availability
AceTest may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service may also experience downtime, maintenance windows, or technical issues.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every academic context.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceTest and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
AceTest may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these terms, creates risk to the platform, or where service continuation is no longer feasible.
