- A clear description of what happened and what you expected.
Response time
Typical response target is 1 to 3 business days. For urgent access, billing, or subscription issues, please include “Urgent” in your email subject.
Privacy and data requests
For account deletion, data access, correction, or privacy-related requests, email us from the same address used for your AceTest account whenever possible.
